Christmas Returns
Items purchased on or after the 22nd November 2024 up until the 25th December 2024 will be eligible for return up until the 14th January 2025. As per our standard returns policy, items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and with tags attached.
Items purchased after the 25th December 2024 will be subject to the standard 28 days returns policy (please see below)
Delivery Charges
Postage in the UK is is a flat rate price on all items! Free Second Class Delivery is available on all orders regardless of price. For orders over £50.00 we will upgrade this to Free Next Day Delivery anywhere in the UK! Postage to Europe and the rest of the world is also charged on a flat rate basis of only £9.99. Postage made simple.
Dispatch times
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order; Jenson Samuel Shirts will contact buyers within 24 hours.
During sale periods we ask you to allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatch.
UK Customers
2nd Class Delivery
Items been sent to the UK are posted via Royal Mail second class, this usually takes two to three working days from when the item has been dispatched but we do ask you to allow up to five working days as per Royal Mails recommendation.
1st Class Delivery
1st Class deliveries usually take one to two working days from when the order is dispatched to arrive.
Next Working Day service via DPD & Royal Mail Special Delivery
Need an order quickly? Select UK Next day delivery, items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm or over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Please include a contact telephone number at checkout so the carrier can send a 2 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery
Saturday Delivery
Need the item delivered on a Saturday? Select Saturday delivery at checkout & your item will be delivered on Saturday. Please note the order has to have been placed before 2.30pm on Friday to get Saturday delivery. Deliveries are performed via DPD & Royal Mail. Please include a contact telephone number at checkout so the carrier can send a 2 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery
Suit orders
All suit orders are dispatched via DPD 1-2 day service & will require a signature on delivery. Please include a mobile contact number at checkout so the carrier can send a 2 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery.
Collect in store Skipton
Prefer to collect the item and try it on? Select collect in store at Skipton option at checkout and pick the item up from our store in North Yorkshire. Orders are usually processed the same and arrive in store within two to three working days. Once the order is ready to collect you will receive an email.
EU customers
Items been sent to Europe are posted via Royal Mail international signed for service, this usually takes 5-7 working days from when the item has been dispatched. There is no quicker delivery option to mainland Europe
Rest of the world
Items been sent to outside of the EU are posted via Royal Mail International signed for service, this usually takes 12-24 working days and is traceable (depending on geographical location) from when the item has been dispatched. There is no quicker delivery option to the rest of the world.We also place customs declaration stickers on the items stating exactly what's in the package to all non-European destinations. All customs duty and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer not the seller Jenson Samuel Shirts can't be held responsible for additional custom charges and duties that may be incurred.
Missing/ Stolen Packages
If you believe your package is lost or stolen please ensure to contact us within 24hours of the estimate delivery date. We cannot guarantee eligibility to open a dispute case with our couriers outside of this time effecting your possibility of a replacement or refund.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 28 days from the purchase date to return any unworn items for full refund or exchange.
Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is faulty or incorrect please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you.
Please ensure when placing a return you include the returns form that can be located on the paper invoice included in your package. Without this there may be considerable delay in processing your return due to us not being able to identify the sender.
If you have misplaced the returns form, simply enclose a note stating your WEB order number, name & exchange / refund preference.
Returns received after 28 days will be exchange only & items returned after 45 days will be returned back to the sender or a gift voucher issued.

Please note the dispatched dates listed are only estimates and therefore are subject to change. If you need the item by a certain date then we recommend you contact our team first who can advise further. If the date does change significantly (+ 3 or more working days) our team will be in touch via email to notify you of this.
