Can I swap an item for a bigger size?
Yes, absolutely! Simply complete the returns form located on the back of your paper invoice and return the item to us. 
As soon as the package is received the new size (if requested) will be shipped back out to you free of charge. 

I've ordered a suit bundle, but I only want to return part of the item for an exchange. Is it possible to send back part of the order?
Yes no problem at all, you do not need to return the whole suit. Just return the items for exchange or refund. 

I need the item quickly!
If you need the item quickly, please select Next Day service at checkout. This is a next working day service. Please note this excludes weekends & bank holidays.

Can I come collect an item?

Yes! You can come collect an order from our Skipton store. Simply select the collect in store option at checkout. 

I need an exchange quickly. What can I do to speed up the exchange process?
If you need an exchange quickly, then we would recommend repurchasing the item in the new size and returning the original for a refund. This will avoid delays in waiting for the returned item to arrive before shipping a replacement. All the instructions for the exchange can be located on the back of your paper invoice, located in the package. 

How do I know what size I am?

What if the item just isn’t me?

If the product just isn’t you, that's not a problem. You can simply follow the returns form on the back of your invoice that came in with your package or find the returns policy here.

How quickly does the item get delivered?

Within the UK items are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. They are posted via Royal Mail Second Class service. We do have upgrade options for delivery in the UK which include First Class, Next Day & Saturday delivery. During peak times of the year, such as Christmas delivery may take longer. Deliveries outside of the UK take between 7 & 21 days depending on location.
How long does it take for the item to be dispatched?

The items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed, excluding weekends & Bank Holidays. However, we do ask you to allow up to 48 hours for dispatch during sale & busy periods. If there is a problem with your order we will get in touch with you within 24 hours
