Our Fitting Service
We love to give our grooms the best experience possible & that's why appointments with us are held in a private fitting room away from other customers. Beers & other refreshments are also available to enjoy along with a 1-1 fitting service.
We do ask that grooms pre-book their fitting appointment in advance to avoid disappointment as we can not guarantee that we can accommodate visits that are unscheduled.

No worries with Jenson Samuel we can take a few simple measurements then ship the suits directly to you. It couldn't be easier, we offer free delivery direct to your groomsmen and quick no hassle exchanges if anything needs swapping.

To ensure you receive the best possible service, we highly recommend booking an appointment. This allows us to provide you with a dedicated stylist who will guide you through our exclusive wedding collection. Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability.
When Do I Have to Pay for My Suit?
A deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the balance due upon collection. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. If you have any specific payment queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
What If We Can't Come in for a Fitting?
No problem at all! Whether you live too far away or you prefer the comfort of your own home you can still have the perfect suit from Jenson Samuel.
With our dedicated fittings team on-hand we can advise you on sizes & styles over the phone and then ship the suits directly to you and your groomsmen. We offer free next-day delivery throughout & easy exchanges make the process as smooth as possible for you and your groom's party.

Do You Offer an Alteration Service?
Absolutely. We want your suit to fit perfectly. Alterations are available at an additional cost, and we recommend scheduling them well in advance of your wedding date to ensure everything is ready in time.
Are We Able to Rent the Suits?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer a rental service. We do however find that due to our very competitive prices & wedding discounts it works out very similar to that of renting. The suits we stock pride ourselves on being timeless classics that can be dressed up or paired down giving you the opportunity to wear the suit again!
